Davide is data scientist at Rejuvenate Biomed, where is responsible of further developing our artificial intelligence in silico platform. Previously, he did a research internship at Prof. de Magalhães laboratory at Liverpool University, where he specialized in biomedical applications. Davide also worked as full stack web developer at CyQuant in Zürich while studying for his master’s degree. He carried out his thesis research project at Prof. Ewald's laboratory at ETH, Zürich on ECM involvement in longevity, simultaneously running in-silico analysis for gene candidates discovery and wet-lab experiments on C. elegans model organism, acquiring both practical skills in running C. elegans lifespans studies and strategies to handle large biological data-sets in R. During his studies, Davide worked in Ristow's laboratory at ETH for aging research, acquiring wet lab hands-on experience and C. elegans model organism maintenance and developing a mixed-language script routine for CRISPR/CAS pipelines. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Tor Vergata University of Rome, Italy, and in Robotics, Systems and Control with Biomedical Engineering from ETH, Zürich, Switzerland.
