Glenn Van Dael has 20 years of experience in various roles in life sciences, healthcare and digital industries and has expertise in business strategy, international businesses, M&A and investor relationships. He was the founder and CEO of CMAST (BE,CH & US), a company providing consultancy and project management expertise to pharma and life sciences companies. He is former CEO of Modis Belgium and former member of Executive Committee of The Adecco Group. Glenn is passionate about building businesses, innovation and entrepreneurship in smart industries. He holds a Master’s degree in Sciences from the University of Antwerp.
